Jonah received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. While earning his degree, he worked for Capital Prosthetics and Orthotics Center in Columbus, Ohio as a Lab Technician and Prosthetist Assistant. He was introduced to the field of prosthetics and orthotics while in high school where one of the administrative staff had an above knee prosthesis. The combined interest in technology, engineering and caring for people had aligned into one profession.
He received his Master of Science in Prosthetics and Orthotics from Northwestern University at the Feinberg School of Medicine in 2019. He was able to volunteer with organizations like Adaptive Adventures, Range of Motion Project (ROMP) and Adaptive Ninja Warrior.
Jonah spent his childhood in Indonesia attending an international boarding school where he was emersed in cultures from all over the world. He is currently serving on a committee for the US International Society of Prosthetics and Orthotics. He loves the outdoors, adventure and travel. Jonah is passionate about caring for his patients by listening to their needs and designing a device that will help them reach their goals.
